Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items marked as final sale, limited releases, or promotional items are not eligible for return.

Include your order number and the reason for your return request. Our team will provide return instructions.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item
